Richard D. Fallon Principal, President is an innovative team builder who is highly motivated and goal oriented. His career started in the public service sector as an officer with the California Highway Patrol. Over the past 25 years, Mr. Fallon has demonstrated his entrepreneurial talents by successfully owning and operating multiple businesses, and currently is the President of four business entities. Mr. Fallon has over 20 years of hospital management experience including co-ownership of Central Valley General Hospital from 1993 to 1998 and President of the Central Valley Medical Service Organization. Additional skill sets include acquisitions and sales, business development, partnering, physician recruitment, community relations and marketing. Mr. Fallon has utilized these attributes to provide consulting and assessment services to numerous facilities in the west coast healthcare market.

Jeffrey L. Flood, Pharm. D., Principal, Senior Vice President is a focused, solution oriented healthcare executive. He utilizes the Team Approach in addressing identified problems and lends his energy and expertise to effect rapid resolution and implementation of prudent solutions. Dr. Flood has been in the healthcare industry since 1974 with exposure in both the private and proprietary sectors. His expertise has contributed to the successful turnaround of financially troubled hospitals. With this background, Dr. Flood not only brings operational and financial expertise to the tablet, but also is keenly aware of the clinical components that are critical in effecting positive patient outcomes. Dr. Flood was the Owner and President of Advanced Hospital Systems, Inc and Hospital Materials Resources Inc., from 1989 through 1998. Dr. Flood received his Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from the University of Southern California.

Lilly Lopez Partner, Director of Human Resources provides excellent management skills sets, streamlines internal and external processes by implementing new systems to better enhance any organization. She acknowledges the ever changing systems and process within the healthcare industry and is detailed oriented to ensure those changes are captured and streamlined into today's environment. Ms. Lopez has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry, stemming from managed care health plan organizations to the front lines of hospital management. She has coordinated facility due diligence processes, Change of Ownership (CHOW), Critical Access Hospital (CAH), and Licensing and Certification applications and has been an instrumental piece in the turnaround process of financially troubled facilities. Ms. Lopez serves as an Assistant Administrator and/or the Director of Human Resources at Southern California hospitals.
